humankind IS ENTERING A new level OF EVOLUTION
We all need values that anchor us and give us orientation in our private and our professional lives. We all need a clear vision in order to obtain energy and power. We all need alignment of our decisions and actions in order to bring our uniqueness and ourselves to life.
Christopher stands for aligning values and visions based on the principles from “Reinventing Organisations”.
Whether you are working to succeed with a personal, collaboration or a corporate issue, Christopher provides a structure and framework where we work with values, vision and alignment of decisions. This process will accelerate your growth and ultimate success from Good to Great: An approach to transform the individuals, teams and organizations from a current state to a desired future.
He is a CTI Executive Coach with a long experience working internationally. He performs leadership training and consulting also specialized to women leaders and their organizations seeking to effect breakthrough changes for themselves, the business and society.
Originally Christopher comes from Norway and in 2009 he moved to Munich in Germany. He has a long history of being a manager, leadership coach and organizational developer. Having just turned 68, he feels as fit as never before to continue his work to make people flourish. When he considers his role as a coach, Christopher has developed a lot since his first outset in 2003. Now, he is just as much a mentor, sharing his business experience with his clients. But, what he finds, and his clients really appreciate this, is how Christopher in his coaching, make them conscious about their own behaviour and how that affects others. Christopher states that your personality is your most important competence and he is somewhat surprised that so many leaders know so little about themselves and their own personality. It is his experience that often clients want more than coaching in the coaching. They want help to solve a certain issue and they want it right here and now.
Bank and finance, insurance, aeronautics, space and related services, logistics sports/fashion, public services, NGOs, IT, media, oil and gas, consultants, hotels. Surgical clinic, entrepreneurs, App developers, HR developers.
Christopher’s passion is to integrate the whole human potential, especially female qualities and values, into business and society and to use the power of intention and vision to challenge current normalities and support and implement unfoldment for a better future.
Christopher’s values are: Future generations, autonomy and making a difference.
A vision is more than a goal or a strategy. A vision is the guiding star behind, from which goals and then again strategies can be developed and reached. This guiding star provides a higher purpose, a meaning to these derivations that release energy and power and provide contentment. The one that only cares about goals could – by being busy with goal reaching approaches and goal attainment – easily miss the essentiality.
With the vision work we set an important warrantor for all efforts being essential, meaningful and fulfilling.
Values are one of the most important groundings for our actions and decisions. There are hundreds of values we could all subscribe, but still every human being has core values, that are based in our character and drive and guide us.
To filter their emergence is an essential basis work for many coaching issues.
Managers and leaders, organizational and personal developers, project leaders in key functions and for coaches.
Mentoring is a dedication to support the growth of the mentee in business and in life. Since it goes beyond both coaching and consulting, it needs a strong alignment of the mentor to embrace the uniqueness of the mentees person as well as the bigger picture of the mentees life. Christopher provides this with his experience as a business manager and coach, his authenticity, his heart as a father and with his humility and devotion to humanity.
Christopher’s dedication to work on these issues goes for the end result of creating organizations that flourish by the collective intelligence of diversity. Over the years these two areas of services became his major offers.
As a male coach he personally bridge the male approach in business and the so far unused female potential. Christopher has worked with many female talents and supported their successful way into upper management, where they live all their qualities for the best of themselves and the company.
Christopher’s experience with talent management programs allows him to be very clear: There are many ways to set up a talent management program but ignoring certain key success factors make them just another project the company will “survive”. Therefore he offers his services only to organizations that are ready to face these crucial success factors.
Change is constant. So far the chosen approaches for dealing with change are linear and not constantly updated to the needs of modern organizations. We should challenge ourselves to deepen our awareness, to challenge our beliefs and perspectives and to live a conscious life of driving change with intention, innate creativity and our inherent wholeness.
Amplifying this paradox inside a system – a business, a community or a government – we witness chaotic complexity. For decades we have chosen to tame complexity and chaos by command and control, striving toward predictability. Success is elusive. Our world, our nature, is inherently complex and chaotic. Our traditional relationship with this paradox is backfiring, manifesting disintegration, disconnectedness, confusion and uncertainty.
Our approach should be a powerful agent of this change for individuals and organizations alike. This social change is about culture, asking for human relatedness that spawns resilience, adaptability, acceptance of difference, unconditional curiosity, in short, wholeness. This change holds the seed of a culture that welcomes and enables people to bring their whole selves to the table, any table and all tables of human experience.
Organizations and businesses who are still doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results will become another casualty in the world of the 3rd millennium. Companies, i.e. their managers, who open a new relationship to the paradox will achieve game changing results and become tomorrow’s innovative leaders.
